2011年聲發(fā)射國際會議會議背景：
WorldConferenceonAcousticEmission—2011Beijing(WCAE-2011)isorganizedbytheChineseSocietyforNon-destructiveTesting(ChSNDT)andChineseMechanicalEngineeringSociety(CMES).WCAE-2011isundertakenbyTechnicalCommitteeonAcousticEmissionofChSNDT(TCAE).ChSNDTwasfoundedin1978,atthesametimeTCAEwassetupasoneoftheadhoccommittees.Thereare37committeemembersinTCAE,butmeetingsareheldineverysummer.ThenationalconferenceonAEisheldonceevery2or3years.ThefirstnationalconferenceonAEwasheldin1979.Untilnow12nationalconferencesonAEhavebeenheld.Thenumberofthedelegatesisusuallyaround100,andabout40to60papersarecollectedinperproceedingsasusual.WiththedevelopmentofindustryandscientifictechnologyinChina,someforeigndelegateshaveattendedthenationalconferencessince1995.ChSNDTdecidedtoholdaworldconferenceandthe13thnationalconferenceonAEtogetherinBeijingfromAugust24to26,2011duetosomeexpertsfromtheworldhopetoattendthisconference.

TheprimaryobjectiveoftheWCAE-2011istoexchangeresearchandapplicationinformationonAcousticEmission(AE),withparticularemphasisonscientificandtechnicaldevelopmentandcooperationbetweenChinaandtheworld.TheconferenceaimstobringtogetherthescientistsandengineersinacademiaandindustryinthefieldofAEintheworld.AnditwillcoveractivitiesrelevanttodetectingandprocessingofAEsignals,developmentofAEinstrumentandtestingstandards,AEofmaterials,engineeringstructuresandsystems,includingtheprocessingofcollecteddataandanalyticaltechniquesaswellasexperimentalcasestudies.

TheprimaryobjectiveoftheWCAE2011istoexchangeresearchandapplicationinformationonacousticemission(AE),withparticularemphasisonscientificandtechnicaldevelopmentandcooperationbetweenChinaandtheworld.Theconferenceisaimedatbringthescientistsandengineersinbothacademiaandindustrytogether.Thepapersaresoughtinallareasrelatedtoacousticemission,butnotlimitedto:
